Coupon issue & High shipping frustration
I just placed an order and honestly, I’m pretty frustrated.
I tried using the FORLIFE coupon, but there was no clear confirmation that it actually went through. I have no idea if the discount was even applied. If it wasn’t, please fix that and apply it to the order — I shouldn’t have to chase down whether a coupon worked or not.
On top of that, the shipping charge was $10 for a $18.36 product. That’s just way too much. It’s seriously annoying and makes me question if it’s even worth ordering again.
Also, for future orders, please don’t send stuff separately. Combine everything into one shipment to save on shipping costs — it’s better for me and honestly just makes more sense.
