Since the orders have already shipped, they can't be changed or canceled. In response, a new replacement order (TE1300421) has been processed with UPS 2-Day Air shipping to his updated address (3514 Wild Plum St, College Station, TX 77845). Jeanne also updated the address on Joe’s account to prevent future issues.
