I ordered the Vital Aminos recently and was under the impression it would arrive sometime this week based on the estimated delivery window you gave me. But I haven’t received any tracking update or confirmation that it’s actually on the way. At this point, I’m reconsidering the purchase altogether. Given that the order hasn’t shipped yet would it be possible to cancel it and receive a full refund? I saw your policies on the website around cancellation once an order is “in progress,” but since I haven’t received confirmation of dispatch, I wanted to check if a refund is still possible before it leaves the warehouse.
